Whistleblowing

Actial Farmaceutica Srl has adopted a Whistleblowing channel in order to encourage the reporting of unlawful conduct and/or put in place in violation of the ethical principles promoted and upheld by the Group. The whistleblowing channel allows reports to be made in a highly confidential and facilitated manner, and guarantees high standards of security and protection of the reported person’s and the reporter’s data.

Also, the whistleblowing channel complies with the regulatory provisions of Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, EU Directive 2019/1937 and Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023.
